Integrating with JIRA

Hi Alex, It’s Jira cloud. I can confirm it is working now, we have successfully connected using the API token method as posted above. We will be testing it’s functionality today.

@devalex88 @duyluong apologies for deleting last post it seems it was linking it to the jira issue but wasn’t showing any signs of successfully doing so. [EDIT: restarting Katalon correctly now shows the links on the jira report page]

Should we be seeing the “Katalon execution results” section on the issue page if we are using JIRA cloud? think I remember reading somewhere that it was a jira server only feature.

For some days, I have the issues with integration with JIRA, I think missing something my setup.

I am using Jira cloud and Katalon studio 7.9.0

I tried with the following combinations:
1)

Server URL : https://XXXXX.atlassian.net
USERNAME : My username of Jira ( see screenshot above)
Password/API TOKEN:My password Jira

Server URL : https://XXXXX.atlassian.net
USERNAME : email
Password/API TOKEN:My password Jira

Server URL : https://XXXXX.atlassian.net
USERNAME : My username of Jira ( see screenshot above)

I verified my Jira account, I can access into Jira without issues-
