Some thoughts to start the week,
I think it sounds clique by saying AI can help us generate test ideas, summarize failures, and propose fixes, but it cannot replace the question behind the next useful test: “What else could be true?”
Continuous curiosity turns a flaky result, an unexpected user path, or an AI-generated assertion into evidence. It means probing assumptions, comparing behavior across contexts, and documenting what we learn so the next investigation starts stronger.
What habits help your team stay curious under delivery pressure? Do you reserve time for exploratory follow-ups, capture “surprises” from automation, or review AI-generated tests for the risks they may have missed?
