As a see in the reported evidence, you are using `MacBook-Pro-2, This is a random issue or appear always. ---

I am using iOS device for testing, when i cilck the record button in katalon studio, iam getting this issue, but i able to record andriod device in my same laptop ---

It seems to be an issue with creating a new remote session for your mobile application. This error message indicates that Appium is unable to establish a connection with the mobile device or simulator Things you can do: 1. Check Device/Simulator Connection 2. Appium Server Configuration 3. Check for Appium Server Logs ---

i have done this also, i have sloving the the suggested things from past 5 days, but nothing workes for me, that is why i came here finally.
