# I have an error when i try to launch tests on TestCloud

Hello,  
I try to launch testsSuite from katalonStudio into Test Cloud but i have error Reason:  
com.kms.katalon.core.exception.StepFailedException: Unable to start app at: ‘Apps/tabesto-kiosk-mdm-debug.apk’ (Root cause: org.openqa.selenium.SessionNotCreatedException: Unable to create a new remote session. Please check the server log for more details. Original error: Illegal key values seen in w3c capabilities: [deviceId]  
Build info: version: ‘3.141.59’, revision: ‘e82be7d358’, time: ‘2018-11-14T08:25:53’

I have try also to launch mobile tests form TestOps into TestCloud but i got this error

URL that is passed as app doesn’t conform to the URL protocol. Please fix the url: /katalon-agent/tmp/2023.10.17-10.44–50-ano6WMcrBDtF-2028651/xx\_xxx\_automation.git/Apps/tabesto-kiosk-mdm-debug.apk  
What are the possible causes of this?

I think you left the **“appName”: “”,** as blank

and check the Git URL you provided

_URL that is passed as app doesn’t conform to the URL protocol. Please fix the url: /katalon-agent/tmp/2023.10.17-10.44–50-ano6WMcrBDtF-2028651/xx\_xxx\_automation.git/Apps/tabesto-kiosk-mdm-debug.apk_

and since you are using the public cloud make sure the device is available during test execution

Hello,  
My bad i try to launch my test on mobile browser, that’s why I have the error for testOps, but i don’t see how to test native app like mentionned in this doc( in my test Ops, i dont see bouton upload APK)

I have this env on testOps
