I attained the Practitioner Level certification Few weeks back, and I tried for AI practitioner and Professional Level Certification. I completed all the task given for each certification 5 days back. But still it is not updated for only few tasks. My trial is expiring today. How will it get updated in my dashboard?
Will I get my extension for the trial version till it get updated? or even after it expired will it update the certification track. I tried all way to update everything and also tried to relaunch and re sync my progress but nothing is working. How can I resole this. Can I get any help from support team?
can you double check one thing: Please confirm whether you actually completed the required product actions in Katalon (especially 10 DDT suite executions, 5 dynamic suite executions, and 5 custom keyword creations). If you have, I will ask the Academy team for help.

Since you completed all the required tasks five days ago and a few of them are still not showing as completed, it could be a progress synchronization issue. When you contact support, mention the certification tracks you’re working on, the date you completed the tasks, and attach screenshots of your dashboard if possible. This will help them investigate the issue more quickly.
If your trial expires before the progress is updated, your completed work is usually still recorded, but only the support team can confirm whether you’re eligible for a trial extension or manually update your certification progress.
