I have installed 7.2.1 in my system, registered and activated successfully. I wanted to work on 5.5 version now but not able to activate with same user id and password. How can I move forward with 5.5 version
Not an official answer, but I would just make another account under a different email 
Have one for the most up to date version, and another for an older version of Katalon. Do keep in mind that in April, older versions will no longer be able to be installed.
