HTML report not opening in mail but opening within jenkins

After generating a HTML report using basic report plugin. I am able to publish and view the html report within jenkins.

But when i send the email as attachment or embedded in the email body then getting the below error when opening the attachment or in the body.

This is the settings I use in editable email notification plugin.

Can you inform me, what plugin have used to generate HTML report as like your first capture ?
Currently I use Publish HTML report plugin but still no success for that, here my configuration :
