# How to test windows application that has a direct connection to google chrome?

Hi I am testing a windows application that has a direct connection to google chrome. how can i write in my test so that katalon can take me from the application to web GI.

Does your app have a function or any link to click to open Chrome? This [guide](https://docs.katalon.com/katalon-studio/get-started/supported-application-under-tests/introduction-to-desktop-app-testing-in-katalon-studio) explains well about window app and how you link to browsers.
