How to multi-add Test Case Variables?

Now I have two excel file. (Excel A & Excel B)

Excel A have a lot of variables name.
Then I will use these variables name on my test case.

Finally, I will import Excel B for data binding.

I found that only can add the test variables one by one. May I know how to copy the Variables Name to be test case variable and able to use data binding…?

Sorry , maybe my present incorrect.
I mean the first time I need to click “Add” on variables tab one by one.

How can I avoid to add on variables tab one by one?

Also, can my the local variables directly convert to variables tab( test case variables)?
