Hello, I am a new user on Katalon and trying to automate some of the Native apps on Android for POC purposes. To start with I have downloaded Package Names app from the Google play store and identified the Application id(Package name). When I input this detail in the application id and start I keep getting an error “Fail to start Appium server in 30 seconds.”. I have reviewed this page and followed the troubleshooting steps mentioned here → https://docs.katalon.com/katalon-studio/docs/troubleshooting-automated-mobile-testing.html.
However I still encounter the same issue, may I please request you to help me with this.
