I installed Katalon Studio and get the error “Free account can not execute the test” when I log in. This is before I have even touched the product. Hi @smokeice593, Welcome to our community. Thank you for sharing your issue. Can you please share that you are using Free or Enterprise with the trial? Which version are you using? If not the latest, please help upgrade it to the latest and see if it’s solved or not. If none works, please give us your email so that we can check it from our side. Thank you! ---

I attempted both but got the same issue with both the Free and Enterprise. I downloaded it straight from the website. This occurs when I first log into the application (both Free and Enterprise). ---

which org licennce you had earlier? which license bought now by tour org?
