# Forget Katalon Password

When I try to download the plugin, it asks me to sign in. But I am already signed in to Katalon. When I enter my password, it shows “wrong password.” I also tried the “Forgot Password” option, but it still asks for the current password to change it.

Please try out these 2 options below:

**Solution 1: Verify Your Account (if you haven’t done so)**

- Go to [katalon.com](https://katalon.com/) and log in
- Check your email for a verification email from Katalon (Subject: “Verify your Katalon account”)
- Click the **Verify my account** link in the email
- Wait 5 minutes and refresh your browser if needed
- Try downloading the plugin again

**Solution 2: Reset Your Password Properly**

1. Go to [katalon.com](https://katalon.com/)
2. Click **Forgot Password**
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Check your email for the password reset link
5. Follow the link and create a new password
6. Log back into Katalon Studio with your new credentials
7. Attempt the plugin download again
