Is it possible to test flash applications using Katalon studio ? Can we do record and play to handle flash application because object identification is little difficult .
don’t worry, only 1 year and 3 month to worry about flash …
seriously: on previous projects we were using sikuli as Image recognition and ocr, but testing was really not stable due to tiny discrepancies between environments, small change of resolution, color settings, fonts and tests were failing like domino bricks…
regarding Katalon, you can try to define objects as images (personally i never try that) and try to work with those definitions in OR.
sad experience from my testing of flash - we decided to test it manually - much cheaper than create automation
