Failed to capturing android object of physical device in Windows

Hi,

I’m encountered issue to capturing object when i start recording of my apk.

I able to start appium server and launch the app in my device, however it hang during capturing object.

Please help if you solution for this.

I uninstalled the app in mobile device and start record/spy the apk, i get the below error
