# \[Execution with the TestCloud\] - How to get the desktop browser for TestCloud Configuration

Hi everyone,  
I’m a new member. I’m excited about the Academy Certification and learning how to achieve it.  
Currently, I’m facing an issue with TestCloud Configuration.

As you see in my attachment, there is **no item** for the Desktop browser when I’m trying to run a Test Suite with the TestCloud running option.

Besides, I also cannot open the Run Configuration with the TestCloud option in the Test Suite Collection.

I have researched the solution to fix this issue but I cannot. My Katalon Studio version is the latest.

Does anyone have any suggestions to solve this issue? 🥲 Please help me with some pieces of advice.

you can request separate trial access for test cloud. then you would be able to trigger your test on test cloud

Thank you so much. Following your solution, it seems that the trial version does not support for the test cloud, we have to send a request to Katalon. 😶  
Let me check your shared link and try it.
