Executing on Safari from CBT (SmartBear) and Katalon integration

Hi,
We have KSE and KRE licenses. To be able to execute on a Safari browser (as we are not provided with a Mac device), we are trying to integrate with SmartBear CrossBrowserTool using these steps -

The steps worked fine but the results did not. While there was successful execution from Katalon (‘remote’) on Chrome in CBT, the same script fails when executing from Safari in CBT.

Are there specific steps to be done in KSE to achieve this successfully?

the error message from Katalon/CBT for Safari: Unable to open browser with url: ‘’ (Root cause: com.kms.katalon.core.exception.StepFailedException: Unable to open browser with url: ‘’

I dont know how to reach out to Katalon support in any other way, even after purchasing licenses, this is very very poor support. I will reach out to the Sales guy.
