My IT explain to me that lately they closed the port 25 and ever since they did that all my report are not sent through email. But I have the port 587 chosen in my configuration. Always getting an error about port 25, the IT unblocked it for me to do a test and the test email was working during that time. perhaps you (and the IT team) have to take a look at the ‘protocol’ setting also? just a guess … ---
