Core exception error on opening of the project

I am trying to open a project on KS 7.3 and getting a Core exception error.
The same project opens without any problem in KS 7.2. Any help will be much appreciated.

Just delete folder “config/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources”
