Con't trigger activation

I keep getting emails remarking I haven’t activated my katalon desktop. Believe me, I would very much like to activate the software, but when I start the application on my Mac, it doesn’t offer me the activation dialogue.

Does anyone know what I have to do to trigger this dialogue so I can get on with the activation?

I don’t have or need a proxy and Internet is available and active.

Did you tried reinstalling Katalon ? That might trigger the Activation. I would suggest remove the existing Katalon from mac and then download a new version from Katalon website.
