It has been a while since we announced our Badges system - your way of showcasing your achievement and helpfulness and also our way of rewarding you for your contribution on our forum - but, up till now, the reception to it has been rather lukewarm.
Hence, to spice things up a bit for Q4 2023, we will be running a little challenge as below:
From 2023-10-11T17:00:00Z to 2024-01-12T16:59:00Z, any member who acquire one, two, or all of the badges below will receive a small bonus 
from us (check out the table below for more details).

| Campaigner | This badge is granted when you’ve invited 3 people who subsequently spent enough time on the site to become basic users. A vibrant community needs a regular infusion of newcomers who regularly participate and add new voices to the conversations. | 50 Kudos |
| Champion | This badge is granted when you’ve invited 5 people who subsequently spent enough time on the site to become full members. Wow! Thanks for expanding the diversity of our community with new members! | 100 Kudos |
| Guidance Counsellor | This badge is granted for having 10 of your replies marked as Solutions to topics.  You are a true asset to your fellow community members. |
150 Kudos |
| Good Topic | This badge is granted when your topic gets 25 likes. You launched a vibrant conversation that the community rallied around. | 250 Kudos |
| Know-it-All | This badge is granted for having 50 of your replies marked as Solutions to topics. You really know your stuff.  |
300 Kudos |
| Regular | This badge is granted when you reach trust level 3. Thanks for being a regular part of our community over a period of months. You’re now one of the most active readers, and a reliable contributor that makes our community great. You can now recategorize and rename topics, take advantage of more powerful spam flags, access a private lounge area, and you’ll also get lots more likes per day. | 350 Kudos |
Note: Please note that only those who have acquired the badges in the period specified above are eligible to receive the bonus from us.
When you have acquired the badge, simply:
- Reply to this thread with a screenshot of your Badges page (you can view your acquired badges by going to your Profile → Badges).
- The Community team will check your profile, and if all goes well, then we will proceed to add the extra Kudos to your account (please note that it could take somewhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours for your actual Kudos points to be reflected on your profile and on the Kudos Board.
