Command line execution fails if the IDE is opened in parallel

Command line execution fails if the IDE is opened. It began with Class not found exception then multiple keys not found. Then found that it executes if the IDE is closed. Please fix it.
Note: the IDE was not executing/running any test case/suit at the time.
