Click does not time out on mobile testing

I am using appium 1.15.1 and KS 7.0.4 for mobile web site testing. I tried to upgrade to 7.0.10 KS but the error remains.

but I am stuck on Click Step. It remains for 10 minutes without providing any error. It seems to be an appium issue.

Does anyone have any idea?

After 10 mins loading. I got this error message

An unknown server-side error occurred while processing the command. Original error: Did not get any response after 300s
