# Captcha required erroe while activation Katalon 7.2.1 and 7.2.6

Hi ,  
I am getting the error’Captcha required’ error while i enter username and password and click activate button in version Katalon 7.2.1 and 7.2.6.

Hi @Nila

Please log into [analytics.katalon.com](http://analytics.katalon.com) with the account and type the captcha. After that you should be able to activate Katalon Studio just fine.

Thanks, It is worked. steps are below:

1. click on the link [analytics.katalon.com](http://analytics.katalon.com/)]
2. Sign in with your email and password and check the captcha checkbox
3. once you signed in then go back to the Katalon Studio and sign in with your email and PW.
