# Cannot login to Katalon Studio (Proxy?)

Hello,

I’ve recently downloaded Katalon with 30 days trial and i’m trying to log into it.  
I’m behind a Proxy and i’ve configured it in “Proxy Setting”.

When i’m trying to logging it says “Log in…” and then this message disappear and nothing else does happen.  
If i’m trying with a wrong password it does say “Invalid credentials”…  
I’m on a WS2019, logs here :

What am I missing ? It also says License Expired but I just created my account, and I can connect on another computer (without proxy this time)

Hello,  
This is the proxy setting (no authentification needed)

During the connection :

When try to Activate : (with the Log in…)

And then nothing, 2 seconds later the “Log in…” message disapear and I have again this :

I don’t really understand what going on, but for sure it’s the proxy/firewall ? (unfortunatly, I won’t be able to modify any configuration)

I found no significant messages in the log you attached. I don’t think you have any problem of proxy／firewall.

The Email address needs to be questioned. You must have signed up into Katalon in the “Sign up” page:

You must have typed an Email address there.

And in the Katalon Studio Activation dialog, you are supposed to type the same Email address you gave in the “Signed up” page. Are you sure you did so? It seems you typed, in the Activation dialog, another Email address which is not yet acknowledged to [Katalon.com](http://Katalon.com).

Hello, as I said, I can log on another computer (personnal one this time) with my katalon account :

But still, I can’t log when I’m behind the entreprise proxy…
