# Cannot able to login to the Web UI when i use Spy Web to record my test case

Hi  
I am extremely new to Katalon studio, i was just trying to record my test case using spy web but cannot able to login to my Web UI. if i try my web ui directly on the browser it works perfectly.

What is the cause ? and how to fix it ?

Can you please provide more information - we need to understand the exact steps your taking and the behaviour your seeing. Please have a read of this topic for what we expect 🙂
