Can I use free version of Katalon studio in commerial project?

Hello everyone,

I have just started to use Katalon studio and I am very impressed by its features. Its great.

I want to know if I can use Katalon studio to test one of my commercial project and what is the exact license type of Katalon studio(OpenSource version).

Yes, I have.

I have some basic understanding about traditional licenses like MIT, Apache2 or GPL.

But it seems Katalon have some custom license.

Let me elaborate what I want to do and don’t.

Do

  1. Use Katalon studio in my commercial project for automated testing.

Don’t

  1. I don’t want to integrate Katalon studio in my project.
  2. I don’t want to modify or reverse engineer Katalon.
  3. I can’t make my project’s source code public.
