Hello

I have a test case where I would have to modify the header.

Example:
Action: ADD
Name: X-LOGIN-NAME
Value: testuser1

This should be possible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE. Can you somehow realize this with Katalon?

Many thanks for the help
Greeting

PS: For manual testing we use a browser plugin for this.

Maybe try this?:

> Hi, I need to set request headers in the chrome, since my application gets authenticated through header. I’m able to capture test case by using active browser(chrome) using some extension to modify header but when i run the TC it opens a new browser that doesn’t have that extension. so is there any way to modify request header through katalon. Thanks

@roger.odermatt
Hi,

I was wondering if you ever figure out how to modify the headers? I’m trying to do something very similar and loading the extensions aren’t working for me.

Thanks

That isn’t really a solution as we run tests in different environments and across different browsers.
Anyone found a solution for this yet?
