I have no idea why this is happening, it was working well before we upgraded to an enterprise license, now for some reason the application’s window opens half-way offscreen, and when we take a screenshot of the opened window, it comes out half-black (the black part is the offscreen part).
It is a windows application which we open using WinAppDriver which used to work well.
