An internal error occurred during: “Launching the test suite…”.
com.kms.katalon.dal.fileservice.dataprovider.ReportFileServiceDataProvider.getLogDirectory(Lcom/kms/katalon/entity/testsuite/TestSuiteEntity;Ljava/lang/String;)Ljava/lang/String;

I just updated from 6.2 something to the latest. My test suite containing all the tests was running fine before. However now it is not launching or running at all.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I haven’t changed anything other than the ‘profiles’> default values for the scripts to use. There were just three fields in there, website url, username and password.

Same here. Suite was working, but suddenly started getting the same error after recent upgrade of Katalon

Can you send us the log file under Help > Error Log.

I had the same problem occur after updating to 6.3.3 recently.

I resolved it by doing a clean install.
