After updating to version 9.6 the KSE application no longer opens

After updating to version 9.6 the KSE application no longer opens.
Error message :
An error has occured. See the log file …\Configuration\1719926613456.log
In the log I find this:
Caused by: java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: C:\Users\AlVa946.katalon\packages\Katalon_Studio_Windows_64-9.3.2\Katalon_Studio_Windows_64-9.3.2\plugins\com.kms.katalon.composer.platform.internal_1.0.0.202404040452.jar

In this directory I do not see this file. But I see this one:

Any idea for a solution?

Can you let us know if you upgraded to v9.6.0 using the in-app upgrade, or if you’ve just downloaded directly from the website Katalon Studio Download Free | Katalon and faced this issue?

Hi, I upgraded to 9.6.0 using the in-app upgrade. Apparently the problem is with this update method because I then started the update again from the website and since then I was able to access the application.
