I am now experiencing the same issue - cannot edit my post
Edit - Not sure about you Russ but this only appears to occur when there are links involved, i am able to edit such as this one however whenever i attatch a doc i recieve the 403.
All I know is that we had an outage around that time.

Just tried to edit with a URL and it works fine now
