Keep it spam-free
This forum is provided FREE of charge for Katalon users and customers and isn’t intended for the promotion of personal or other third-party services, products, websites, or organizations. If you come across anything you think might be spam or deemed unhelpful to the community at large, flag it and our moderators will address it from there.

As a general rule of thumb, when posting a new topic or sharing feedback, always read the instructions pinned in the corresponding category and follow the template (if applicable).
Be clear and concise
Avoid using slang or any other wording which might be confusing to others. We ask that you post discussion topics in English so that your discussion will not get lost in translation.
When posting new topics, make sure to include a descriptive title and body, alongside details, screenshots, links, etc. wherever applicable as outlined here. This helps the community to respond in a timely manner and avoid duplications.

Feedback & Feature Requests
The best feedback posts are the ones that define the problem and offer room for possible workarounds. For Feature Request, you should describe how the added features can improve Katalon’s products (Studio, TestOps, Recorders, etc.). Feel free to add pictures and videos in your posts to illustrate your points/ideas.

You should not post your own or others personal information publicly on the Katalon Community such as your name and address, age, phone number, social security number or other personal identification number.
