Switch to Window lose Data

When I use Keyword Switch to Window and run on Katalon, the new window loses data.

But I run Chrome, it gives out normal data

Please help me!

I strongly suspect the cause of your problem is the test code launching the popup window too early. But without seeing your test code, it’s impossible to say for sure.
