"Play from here" doesn't work

Hi,
I’m using katalon version 3.6.10 and the commands “play from here” and “play this command” don’t work. Iog says: “element not found”. What can I do? Is the version not actual? Thank you for help!

Hi, thank you for yout answer,
Unfortunately, I can not publish the log, because it is bank data. 
But I think I recognized the problem. 
Katalon probably loses the reference to the open window and I have 
to install a refresh of the window in the browser in the test and 
then he keeps running. Not nice but it works. Thank you anyway :-)
