Users unable to accept the invitation

When users select the link to accept the invitation, they get a message “Cannot accept the invitation.” and are redirected to the login page.

I had the same issue but noticed that you should not click the Analytics accept invitation link before actually creating the account on Katalon for the email that was invited.
So:

  1. invite email1 to Analytics project
  2. create Katalon account for email1 address
  3. login with email1 to Analytics
  4. then use the invite link to gain access to the project

It worked for me.
