Default timeout doesn't effect "Switch To Window Title" in case with alert messages

## Katalon Studio Version: 5.4.2

## Katalon Studio logs:

## Environment (for Web testing) Browser (Chrome 67):

## Steps to reproduce -

Requirements: Browser should have 2 opened tabs, active tab should have alert message opened (in my case with only “accept” type option available), param “Default wait for element timeout” = 30 (seconds)

1. Switch to 2nd tab with “Switch To Window Title”

## Expected Behavior -

Action fails after 30 sec with timeout

## Actual Behavior -

Action fails after 600 sec with timeout
