The changes you will make on the source excel sheet will get reflected in the katalon Test data… just re-open the test data after making changes in the source file.

It seems that you can’t do it for Internal Data until the latest version 5.7.0.
Excel file is more flexible, since you can edit sheets at Excel and it is updated automatically at Katalon (wich doesn’t edit the Excel File; it just read it). Imagine a large data file: with Internal Data is very expensive to maintain it.
Actually, in the end, the kind of Data File you will create depends on your purpose, considering the characteristics of each kind of Data File available.
