Hi i need to execute scripts from an browser already launched by another tool (Eg:Auto IT) from a Desktop application.Is this possible?

No not possible, selenium web driver cannot do that as far as I know.

Maybe remote driver session, if it is originally launched by web driver, but I could find no way of doing it just manually launched first time or via another program.
