A testcase/testsuite can run by many times? ex. 2,3 times
And where can I set that?

By default test suite will only run one time(s) if all of your test cases are passed. But if one or more of your test cases are failed it will retry based on the number of retry times you set. It will run the whole test suite again. You can find that option when you open your test suite and expand the execution information, look for the Retry field, there where you can enter the number of retries you want. There is also an option there if you want to retry it only in failed test cases. Give it a try.
