After I click on Mobile recording I got the attached error.

2 Plug the phone and make sure it conects to the PC

I am getting this error “Cannot generate test steps” for Android mobiles. Also there are no Console Logs.
I am running tests on Windows 10. Below are few more details:
Node version: 10.16.0
NPM Version: 6.9.0
Appium Version: 1.15.0
Android Version: 9
Katalon Verizon: 6.3.3
Kindly know what is wrong and how to correct.
