I have earlier version of Katalon Studio and it also stop working with Firefox??

Hi Ilkka Kovalainen,

I’ve been trying to reproduce your issue on my side but it’s not reproducible. Some workround solutions I can give to you right now:
- Use latest version Katalon Studio 5.2
- Upgrade Firefox to the latest version.
- Change Jenkins service to have ‘Allow interaction with desktop’

Btw, I have 2 Window10 compures with Jenkins and both have same situation after update Katalon Studio to 5.x

I have have the same issue on Windows 7- 64 bit with KS: 5.2.0 - 64-bit, geckodriver: geckodriver-v0.19.1-win64 and FF: 57.

My old version of KS has also stopped working , Let me know how I can help to get more close to be able to reproduce the issue?

I have the same issue with Firefox 57+ but **only ** when I execute the tests via Jenkins. If I run them normally in Katalon Studio, they are fine. I get a similar error in the logs as above:

I find an solution from here:

Create mozilla folder (where ever it is) defaults\pref\local-settings.js file and add there
pref(“general.config.filename”, “mozilla.cfg”);
pref(“general.config.obscure_value”, 0);

And now create mozilla.cfg file directly to mozilla folder and add there
//
pref(“security.sandbox.content.level”, 5);

(remember add // beginning of the file)

That work with me.
