Issue: Katalon Help always opens on start regardless of preferences settings

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Katalon and close the Katalon Help tab
2. Open Katalon Studio Preferences and verify that the checkbox “Show Help at start up” is deselected.
3. Close Katalon and select to restore the session
4. Reopen Katalon

Expected result: Katalon should open with the old session and Help should NOT open
Actual result: Katalon opens with the previous session, but Help is displayed is left as the first tab

Affected versions: Katalon 5.7.0, 5.7.1, and 5.8.0
