Closed topic - changing the recorder to locate by CSS

Hi Guys,

a few people have raised this in this previous ticket, which is now closed.
but you didn’t post whether you would be resolving it, have resolved it, dropped it…

Is there any plan to change the way the Spy or Recorder locates the objects??

Hi @anne.mccloghry

We are aware of the request. Currently there isn’t a plan to support automatically generating CSS locators yet. We’ll let you know when it is considered.
