Cannot Activate Studio

I have created an account on Katalon and am trying to activate the program on my Linux platform.

When trying to activate with my account I’m getting the following message, “Network error! Please try Offline Activation.”

When I do “Offline Activation” I keep getting “Activation code is invalid”, even though I am using the Katalon Studio Offline Activation | Katalon Solution page to generate the code.

Not sure what I am doing wrong or what, is there a “debug” mode I can run to get more detailed information to provide anyone who can help me?

  • Windows logs folder: <Katalon Studio folder>\config\.metadata\.log

  • MacOS logs folder: file:///Applications/Katalon%20Studio.app/Contents/MacOS/config/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.ui.workbench/log
