How does Katalon handle credentials?
Can they be encrypted?
Will the password show in results or log files?
there is a method WebUI.setMaskedText(), which doesn’t send password to the log files
The question is, can Katalon store password in encrypted fashion (instead of plain string), so it’s not visible to other users once they open the same project?

Proposing solution: There is “Value Type” column (can be found in definition of Global Variables). If inside would be another options, such as “Encrypted String”, or some sort of checkbox with caption “Encrypted”, that would to it from UI side. Encrypted values can have a blue font color (or something), so they can be easy spotted in the list.
